Transforming lives with Good News in the Nation’s Capital
Jul 21, 2026
In our nation's capital, all sides compete for political attention for their priorities — but nothing is more critical than protecting and preserving life. That is why Faith & Liberty keeps showing up and why we supported a coalition of pro-life groups and lawmakers who stood for life at a joint press conference on the White House lawn last Thursday.
Faith & Liberty brings the Word of God to Capitol Hill, ministering to lawmakers and their staff through prayer and worship, Bible studies, fellowship, pastoral care, discipleship, and prophetic witness. Through your active support, Faith & Liberty is standing for faith, freedom, and the family in this 250th year of America’s founding. Would you prayerfully consider giving today to support this vital ministry? We appreciate your prayers and gifts to help the Faith & Liberty team thrive as your missionaries in our nation's capital.
Life is one of few significant issues that start our year with the Sanctity of Human Life Month and Life Week, at mid-year points to the Roe v. Wade overturn, and the year ends with the Live Nativity. Although this last event may not initially seem related to the cause of life, it truly is as we celebrate the most important birth of all — the virgin birth of our Savior incarnate. Consider: What if Mary had chosen to find a way to end the life of her unborn baby amid the shame of carrying a child as a virgin betrothed?
Yes, much of our year at Faith & Liberty is tied to the ultimate priority of life. We are glad that some of our members of Congress continue to take a public stand for the unborn, and we take every opportunity to prioritize and celebrate life here on Capitol Hill.
Won't you stand with us as we persevere in the fight for life, as well as religious liberty and the natural family? Thank you for your well-considered support and prayers for us as we serve on Capitol Hill!

Thank you for considering the impactful ministry of Faith & Liberty in our nation’s capital. Please also ask the Lord if He would have you become one of our vitally important monthly contributors. Sign up for monthly giving on our website using the SUPPORT YOUR MISSIONARIES button below and select the option, “I would like to make this a recurring donation.” If you prefer to call, please ask for Patty Bills at the Faith & Liberty office at 202-737-1776, and she will gladly assist you. You truly are an important part of our ministry, and we thank you!

Our Bible studies are growing! A new men’s study was recently added, and the men are going deep into the book of Hebrews. We are also hosting an additional summer women’s Bible study every Thursday.
